I don't know if I ever talked about my skills specifically, recently. This is the perfect time to re-introduce myself.

Right now I work with adult individuals.

Areas of focus:

Racial trauma, racial identity, cultural identity, religious trauma, relationship transitions, college, workplace trauma and burnout, spirituality, Afro-Spirituality.

Client population:

I predominantly work with Black and Brown folk, and also those who identify as LGBTQIA+.

Models:

I use Systemic Therapy, Psychospiritual, Racial Trauma, and Womanism lenses in my work. In sessions I use interventions from Bowenian Family Therapy, Solution-Focused, Narrative, and Adlerian.
