What to Expect:

Your healing journey could begin right where you are.  I provide  Video Psychotherapy because I believe everyone should have equal access to counseling, regardless of where you live in Washington State.  Coaching is available internationally. Please see more information about Spiritual Coaching here.

Telehealth is as effective as in-person counseling, and without the worries of driving, traffic and parking. I use a HIPAA compliant confidential video chat platform that protects your information.

Making the decision to begin therapy is one of the biggest first steps, so please feel free to ask any questions while you consider booking.

After you book your first appointment, I will email you the intake forms to be completed prior to our first appointment, and I am  available to answer any questions you may have before our appointment.

In our first few sessions, we will spend time discussing what you hope to achieve through therapy and develop a plan of action together. I like to collaborate and incorporate your ideas to decide goals and measure progress. At the end of the initial session, if we both agree we would be a good fit, we will continue working together!

My standard fees are:

$150 - 50 min Individuals & Couples

Spiritual Coaching:

For Insurance: I accept the following:

Kaiser Permanente.

Please reach out to me so I can review your benefits prior to you scheduling your first appointment.

For Out of Network Coverage: I use a program that processes claims and charges co-pay and deductible called Advekit.

Advekit pays for your session upfront, processes insurance claims and then you would pay the deductible or co-pay.

Provide payment information (for deductible fees)

Provide insurance information (so they can file OON (out of network) claim

Schedule an appointment "Therapy w/Voucher or Advekit"

Free Therapy For BIPOC

Therapy Aid Coalition (Initiative: Coronavirus Essential Workers)

  • Serving all United States essential workers, whether furloughed or employed, as well as their adult family members during the COVID-19 pandemic. We define essential workers as individuals who do not have the privilege of working from home when stay-at-home orders are in place. We also include teachers and school personnel, working in person, via hybrid learning, or remote, due to the enormous strain these changes have caused.

  • Fees: 0-$50.

Open Path Collective

  • Open Path connects clients in need with mental health professionals who offer affordable therapy for $30-60 per session.

UV Cares

  • UVCares is a growing tele-mental health provider that ensures mental health services to everyone regardless of ability to pay. If a client cannot afford any aspect of the counseling (no insurance, co-pays, or deductible) then UVCares will pay that on the client's behalf when they are seeing one of our providers. The clinic is funding dependent. We would like to begin to file insurance claims (for those that have insurance) to create a source of revenue that we could apply to those that do not have insurance.
